What You’ll Need

Getting Set Up to Bid

Before you can bid on or start a Work Order with us, we’ll need the following on file. This keeps every job site protected, for you and the property owner.

Active Trade License

A current Utah DOPL specialty trade license for the scope of work you perform.

General Liability Insurance

A Certificate of Insurance naming Baird Construction & Development, LLC as an additional insured, with a minimum of $1,000,000 in coverage, plus active Workers’ Compensation or an approved waiver.

Signed W-9 & Master Agreement

A completed W-9 and a signed Master Subcontractor Agreement on file before your first Work Order begins.
