As a partner at Vantage Homes and later owner and operator of Stonehaven Builders, David spent nearly a decade managing crews and completing hundreds of commercial and residential jobs, learning the building process from staking and foundation excavation through framing, drywall, custom tile, and finish carpentry.
Over twelve years managing complex, high-stakes initiatives for the federal government, as a Project Management Specialist for the Bureau of Reclamation and a Natural Resource Specialist for the Bureau of Land Management, which is exactly where the fluency in zoning, permitting, and land-use regulation that keeps our projects moving comes from.
Two terms, eight years, as a City Councilman for the Roosevelt City Corporation, advocating for responsible development, public safety, and local infrastructure and planning that reflects the true needs of Uinta Basin residents.
